Data Privacy Framework Principles Privacy Policy for Consumer Data

Customer Portfolios complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Customer Portfolios has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Customer Portfolios has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. Types of Data Collected

We may collect, store and use the information you voluntarily provide on our site. For instance, we may collect your contact information if you provide it to us through the “contact us” form or other forms to access certain content. The information you provide will be used solely to support your relationship with Customer Portfolios. These registration forms ask for information such as:

These forms ask information such as: Name, Company Name, Business Email, Business Phone Number. These forms are voluntary and not required for general use of the website.

Our data is hosted in a CRM, and may be updated with publicly available information, such as information on LinkedIn. Customer Portfolios also collects information from publicly or commercially available sources that it deems credible. Such information may include your name, address, email address, and demographic/profile data.

Customer Portfolios uses cookies from Hubspot.com and Google Analytics to help us understand which parts of our websites are visited most often and understand traffic patterns on pages. What we do with it

On the website, you can request information from Customer Portfolios; register for events; download thought leadership content; and submit an application for employment. To support these activities, Customer Portfolios will ask for information about you and the company for which you work. The information you provide will be used solely to support your relationship with Customer Portfolios.

We use Salesforce CRM and Hubspot for social marketing and email. We are the collector and controller of this data. We do not sell or share personal data. We are liable, under the Principles, for a third-party agent that processes Personal Data in a manner inconsistent with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF), unless not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may be different. If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to United States and process it there.

Individuals have the right to invoke Binding Arbitration as a means to resolve any Data Privacy Framework Principles Complaints. Individuals must contact the company directly, followed by the ANA EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF)and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF,and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) Dispute Resolution program before they can invoke Binding Arbitration. Binding Arbitration will be used solely to resolve individual complaints with no monetary reward available.
