Management Team

Customer Portfolios team is an experienced group that has been working together for many years in the field of customer-centric marketing. Their years of experience and their proprietary methods and tools allow them to produce radically superior results.

The team's marketing skills bring together the full spectrum of marketing: from left-brain (analytical, technical, and statistical) marketing to right-brain (exciting, creative, and dynamic) marketing. This expertise allows Customer Portfolios to operate with a very high level of confidence when delivering Lights-Out Marketing to grow the value of your customers and business.


Augie MacCurrach, Partner

As a partner and founder of Customer Portfolios, Augie MacCurrach is leveraging 17 years of experience in enterprise CRM strategy, architecture and technology that deliver effective marketing services to help companies grow the value of their customer portfolios. Augie applies his deep understanding of best practices in customer-centric marketing and related technologies to create value and business impact for our clients.

Prior to Customer Portfolios, Augie was founding member and Principal of DiaLogos, a pioneer consulting firm in the field of Customer Relationship Management and eBusiness solutions. At DiaLogos, he created innovative CRM solutions and methodologies for cost effectively managing the dialog between a company and its customers, while retaining system flexibility and optimum performance. Some of his successes include clients such as Fidelity Investments, United States Mint, Outpost.com, IBM, 3M, and GE Capital.

Augie holds a bachelor's degree from Hobart College with majors in mathematics and economics.

Mark Janowicz, Partner

Mark Janowicz is a founding partner at Customer Portfolios; his focus is to pro-actively manage the delivery of the marketing service offering. Mark provides a range of services to clients from strategic to tactical to include enterprise business and technical architecture, data warehousing, marketing development and execution and relationship management.

Prior to joining Customer Portfolios, Mark was a founder of DiaLogos, Inc. a CRM consulting firm, where he developed data warehousing and business intelligence capabilities. Previously, Mark was with Coopers & Lybrand where he managed the development of a national software quality assurance practice. Mark's experience comes from working with clients such as Apple, IBM, Compaq, Fidelity Investments, Warburg Pincus, Blockbuster and OfficeMax.

Nick Godfrey, Partner

Nick Godfrey is a partner at Customer Portfolios; his focus is the developing and executing targeted and measurable marketing programs. Nick brings to CP an extensive marketing background, primarily on the client side.

Previously, Nick was VP of Marketing at LingoMotors, a software company with powerful natural language search capabilities and digital categorization products. Prior to LingoMotors, he was at Bidder's Edge, an on-line auction aggregator, in the capacity of VP of Marketing. He has extensive experience building brands and defining markets for highly visible, exciting consumer-branded product companies, like the Harpoon Brewery, SVP, and Smartfood.

Before moving to the client side, Nick worked with two boutique advertising agencies. Immediately after college, he skied professionally in Colorado. Nick holds a BFA from Ohio Wesleyan University with degrees in art and marketing.
