Customer Portfolios, a marketing technology leader that uses insight and analytics to increase customer value, announces the launch of Transform 2017, a marketing thought leadership series of quarterly roundtables. The series kicks off on March 9, 2017 at Customer Portfolios headquarters in Boston, MA.
The Marketer Roundtable will host marketers from leading retail brands, providing them with a day of networking, learning from peers, and exchanging ideas on the complex marketing challenges they face daily.
The event will feature industry visionaries such as Judy Gern of Agile Chief Marketer, who will be discussing Innovation in Marketing. Industry experts will address technological readiness and how to leverage data in a multichannel world as well as how to move customers to their next purchase.
“Marketers are under increasing pressure to demonstrate revenue growth — for the first time ever, we’re seeing the CMO outspend their CIO counterpart on technology to meet these goals,” said Augie MacCurrach, CEO of Customer Portfolios. “Yet, with thousands of point solutions and technology partners, it can be challenging for marketers to determine the right processes and technology to improve customer experience, drive customer conversion, and meet loyalty goals. We wanted to offer marketers a forum to connect with their peers and hear how they’re using technology to execute integrated, targeted, and measurable marketing.”
It’s sink or swim in today’s marketing environment, with the average tenure of a CMO being less than 18 months. For marketers to be successful, they must reengineer to become customer-centric. The Marketer Roundtable will provide strategies and tactics to help brands increase the value of their customer asset to fuel marketing and business growth.
